1. How long does processing and shipping take? 
 
• The order process will take 7-10 business days. The order process begins once you have purchased your product. Please allow 10 business days for processing and shipping collectively. Once your product is shipped, your tracking information will be uploaded within 24 hours of shipment.
 

2. Will I be able to return the product I ordered?

• Chancie Dunn Athletics product cannot be returned. All sales final!

3. Can I exchange the product I ordered if it does not fit?

• Product may be exchanged based on certain circumstances and approval from Chancie Dunn Athletics staff.

4. How can I pay for my order?

• We currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

5. Where can I find product sizing information?

• Product sizing varies between different products and styles. Product size information can be found at the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

6. How do you handle your training sessions while COVID-19 cases are still growing ?

• Due to COVID-19, we are sure to train with our mask on during each session. Before each session all of the balls are sanitized and hands are washed to ensure we are not spreading any germs from session to session. We encourage players to come to their sessions with a mask on to help prevent any spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding during these circumstances.
