TRAINING PRICING INFORMATION

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS (1 hr): 

One-on-One training sessions allow direct attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. One-on-One training sessions also provides a player with a customized workout designed specifically to the needs of the player to improve his/her skill set. One-on-one training sessions are efficient and effective for a player who wants and needs to improve their skill level. 

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS (1 hr): 

Group training sessions focus on all aspects of a players game such as ball handling, shooting, conditioning, footwork/agility, game moves, and more. The group training sessions allow players to develop their game and compete in an intense high level environment.
